The last reviewer is an idiot. All of the Enron stuff happened on Clinton's watch. If any favors were given out, the clinton Administration is to blame. Anyone you think's about it for longer than thirty seconds would figure this out. I don't think it's a scandal, I don't think Clinton had anything to do with it. However, if anyone could have it would be the Clinton Administration as THEY were the one's in power.
